Stereograms recommended for people who many working at the computer

To see a hidden 3D image, you need to focus the mind on an imaginary point of the image (see pic.). If you have no experience of considering stereograms, it can be quite difficult. True, some people seem to have a certain predisposition to defocusing and they do it very soon. If you do not belong to such people, then you will need patience, patience and again patience. Many believe that if they did not see anything interesting in the stereogram, looking at it a minute or two, they are think that the nature did not give any chances  to them. It is not. With sufficient perseverance success is guaranteed.

Perhaps, some difficulties arise from ignorance of how, in principle, to see hidden 3D image. People with a rich imagination easily can see in the bizarre combination of patterns on a stereogram, everything that they want. I call this the effect of a horse’s head. What you would see the looks like this: the picture is moving away from you, and above it hangs a 3D object, it look like as if glued the paper with the same pattern as like stereogram.

Examining stereograms is extremely useful for the eye muscles, so this is a fascinating occupation known as sport to the eye. During the first few lessons with stereograms You may feel tired, but this only serves to prove the effectiveness of such exercises — in the same way after visiting the gym an untrained person feel sore muscles.
